Customer License & Purchase Agreement

1. Overview

This Customer License & Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of all digital products purchased from this store, including but not limited to drum kits, sample packs, sound libraries, MIDI files, presets, or project files (“Products”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any Product, you agree to this Agreement.

2. Grant of License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, single-user license to use the Products in your own original music and multimedia compositions. You are not purchasing ownership of the underlying sounds or files.

3. Permitted Uses

• Use in your own beats, songs, instrumentals, or multimedia projects (commercial and non-commercial).
• Monetize finished works on streaming platforms, social media, film/TV/games.
• Modify, chop, resample within your compositions.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling, leaking, or redistributing raw sounds, samples, or files.
• Including sounds in another sample pack, preset bank, plugin, or resale library.
• Using Products to train AI models or generate derivative datasets.
• Sharing or transferring files to anyone who hasn’t purchased their own license.

5. Collaborations

Collaborators may use licensed sounds within the shared project. Each collaborator must purchase their own license to use the same files independently in other works.

6. Ownership

All intellectual property in the Products remains with the creator. This Agreement grants limited usage rights only.

7. Refund Policy

All digital sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant downloads. If you have trouble accessing files, contact support@lowfah.com.

8. Termination

Violations may result in license termination and legal action for infringement.
