Account & Orders
Where can I find my downloads?
After purchase, your download links are automatically emailed to you. If you don’t receive them within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@lowfah.com.
I didn’t get a confirmation email.
Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout. If you still don’t see it, email us and we’ll resend your receipt manually.
Can I redownload my order later?
Yes! Each order includes lifetime access. Use the same email you purchased with to request your links again if needed.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are digital files, refunds are generally not provided once files are downloaded. If you have an issue with your purchase, contact support@lowfah.com for assistance.
Licensing & Usage
Can I use these sounds commercially?
Yes! Your purchase grants you a license to use the sounds in your own music productions — both commercial and non-commercial. You may not redistribute, sell, or include these sounds in another sample pack.
Are collabs allowed?
Yes, collabs are allowed as long as only the original purchaser keeps the kit files. Other producers must purchase their own copy if they wish to use the sounds independently.
